If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, team members, drivers and trial participants.

- RunboardPRO — the delivery dispatch and operations platform
- RunTRAC driver application — the mobile application used by drivers

Payments for RunboardPRO are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited or its affiliates (“Paddle”), who act as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
Paddle is responsible for:
- Payment processing
- Transaction security

- Billing-related customer support
All purchases must be made through our website. Projexn Pty Ltd does not store or process credit card details. All transactions are processed by Paddle.
Free Trial
RunboardPRO may be offered with a 14-day free trial. The trial is provided so that you can evaluate whether the Service suits your delivery operation.
- No payment is required to begin a trial, and no payment is taken unless you activate a paid subscription.
- A trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Paid billing begins only when a subscription is activated.
- Features available during a trial may differ from those in a paid subscription, and the features, duration and availability of trials may change.
- Trials are intended for genuine evaluation and are provided at our discretion.

Users must not misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

Projexn Pty Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund.
Subscriptions, Licensing & Billing
RunboardPRO is licensed on a subscription basis. Where paid plans apply, billing is typically based on active vehicle licences.
Billing models
Dispatch Only — billed per active Dispatch vehicle licence, with a minimum of one vehicle.
Fleet manager — currently available free of charge while in beta. During the beta period, users are not billed per active fleet vehicle licence and no minimum vehicle charge applies.
Projexn Pty Ltd may introduce paid Fleet manager plans after the beta period. If this occurs, users will be notified of the applicable pricing, licensing terms and billing arrangements before any paid billing begins. Fleet manager beta access will not automatically convert into a paid subscription unless the user agrees to the paid terms.
Paid subscriptions, where applicable, renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Mid-cycle licence additions
If a paid vehicle licence is added during a billing cycle, charges apply from the date the licence is activated until the end of the current billing period, on a pro-rated basis. If the licence remains active, full billing applies in the following cycle. This does not apply to Fleet manager while it is free of charge during beta.
Licence adjustments
Reducing or removing paid licences does not result in a refund for the current billing period. Changes to paid licence quantities take effect from the next billing cycle. This does not apply to Fleet manager while it is free of charge during beta.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel their paid subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previously paid fees. After cancellation:
- Dispatch data remains read-only for six months before deletion
- Fleet manager access may be revoked at the end of the billing cycle, beta period or access period, as applicable
- SMS functionality is disabled
Refund Policy
RunboardPRO licences are provisioned immediately upon successful payment. Because access to the Service is granted instantly and licences are activated for use, all purchases are generally non-refundable.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Subscription fees already charged
- Automatic renewals where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date
- Partially used billing periods
- Unused licences within an active billing cycle
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances such as:
- Duplicate transactions
- Billing errors
- Accidental purchases reported shortly after the transaction
Any refunds granted are at the sole discretion of Projexn Pty Ltd or Paddle.
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and paid licences. Fleet manager beta access is currently free of charge and is not subject to billing while it remains in beta.
Refund requests
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please contact sales@projexn.com and include the email address associated with the purchase, the transaction ID or invoice number, and a description of the issue.
Refund requests should be submitted within 3 days of the charge so billing issues can be investigated promptly. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Disputes, Complaints & Buyer Support
Payment disputes or chargebacks initiated through banks or payment providers are handled by Paddle, as the Merchant of Record. Chargebacks may incur administrative fees determined by Paddle.
