RunboardPRO is a cloud-based delivery operations platform that helps businesses manage deliveries, drivers, vehicles, customers and operational communication.
By using our websites or the platform, you agree to the handling of information described in this policy. Use of the platform is also governed by our Terms & Conditions.
Who We Are
Projexn Pty Ltd (“Projexn”, “we”, “us”) is an Australian company and the provider of RunboardPRO.
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where applicable.

The information we hold depends on how the platform is used and what a customer enters into it.

- Login information
User and member information
A customer's account may include several types of user, each with their own record in the platform:
- Administrators
- Dispatchers
- Drivers
- Warehouse staff
- Sales users
- Customer users
Company information
- Company name
- Branches
- Locations
Operational information
- Deliveries and jobs
- Schedules and timestamps
- Proof of delivery, including photos, signatures and delivery notes
- Customer delivery details, including addresses and contact details
Fleet information
- Vehicles
- Fleet records
Communication information
- SMS notifications
- Delivery tracking links
- Other communications sent to customers through the platform
Technical information
- Browser and device information
- IP address
- Usage information, such as which features are used and when
Payment information
Payments are processed by Paddle, who act as the Merchant of Record. Projexn does not store credit card details.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide the RunboardPRO service
- Create and manage accounts, subscriptions and licences
- Provide customer support
- Send operational communications, such as delivery notifications and service notices
- Improve and develop the software
- Maintain the security and integrity of the platform
- Comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations
Customer Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of operational data uploaded into RunboardPRO.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they enter into the platform is accurate and lawful, and that they are entitled to provide it. We access customer data only where necessary to provide support, maintain the service, or meet legal obligations.
Driver and Location Information
Where enabled, RunboardPRO may collect driver or vehicle location information in order to provide:
- Live tracking
- Delivery visibility
- Operational updates, including estimated arrival times shared with customers
Location information is collected in the context of a customer's delivery operation, and the customer determines whether these features are switched on.
Customers are responsible for notifying their drivers that location information may be collected, and for obtaining any permissions or consents required under applicable workplace, privacy or surveillance laws in their jurisdiction.
Data Sharing
We may share information with:
- Payment providers, including Paddle
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- SMS and messaging providers
- Email providers
- Technology partners and integrated services
- Legal authorities, where required by law
Service providers are engaged to perform functions on our behalf and are expected to handle information consistently with this policy.
Projexn does not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Security
Projexn uses reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information, including:
- Secure hosting
- Access controls
- Encryption where appropriate
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for managing who has access to their account.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as an account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. Retention after cancellation varies by module:
Dispatch data — remains read-only for six months after cancellation, then deleted.
Fleet data — access ends after cancellation according to the applicable subscription rules, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
SMS functionality — disabled when a subscription is cancelled.
Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand website performance, improve user experience and measure marketing effectiveness.
Cookies may be used for functional purposes, such as keeping you signed in and remembering preferences, and for analytics purposes, such as understanding which pages are visited. Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies, though disabling them may affect how parts of our websites and the platform work.
International Use
RunboardPRO may be used internationally. Some data may be processed or stored through service providers located outside Australia where required to deliver the service.
Where information is handled outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this policy.
Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- Access to the personal information we hold about you
- Correction of information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete
- Deletion of personal information, where applicable
Much of the information in RunboardPRO is entered and controlled by the customer whose account it belongs to. Where we hold information on behalf of a customer, we may direct your request to that customer, or ask you to contact them directly.
To make a privacy request or enquiry, contact privacy@projexn.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the platform, our practices or legal requirements. The date of the most recent version is displayed at the top of this page.
Continued use of our websites or the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
